for Insight Magazine
I feel privileged in
writing an article for Insight Magazine.
Insight is precisely
the tool I have learnt to work with in every circumstance of my life: my
professional life and my personal life are part of this wonderful journey where
everything becomes meaningful when I associate insight with “outsight”!
Insight and
outsight
I am confident you all
know instinctively that we cannot only look one way without considering the
other. If we do we will lose our balance as everything, every person and
literally all opinions can be looked upon from different angles. It is
therefore healthy for us to be multifocal! Let’s not forget either that we
speak for ourselves when we describe something to others. Things only make
sense in a context and statements, like the ones politicians make, are so often
misleading and one sided because they are out of touch with what we call
“common sense”. We all have a need for
understanding. We want to feel taken into account and be part of what is
happening around us. It is therefore important to promote a type of
communication where we try to make sure we are understood and where we take the
other person’s perspective seriously. It would be wrong to just assume the
others agree with us. I feel this perception is very important with the psychic
work as well. Even though I will relay as faithfully as possible the message
given by Spirit for a client, I must make sure the person is receiving the
message! This will depend on my understanding of the “message”, on my
communication skills and on my ability to relate to people from very different
walks of life to my own. Some may come from a different culture and speak a
different language! We all remember good teachers and bad teachers. The good
ones were the ones who could get the message across to the students. Their
technique may not have been perfect but we loved them because they involved us
and made learning passionate for us. Similarly, in my readings I try to involve
my clients with the message they receive rather than just drop it on their
doorstep without checking whether delivery has actually occurred.
I can’t remember which
philosopher has said that “the thing and its contrary are both true”, but let’s
think of the law of the pendulum for a minute: it swings both ways, doesn’t it?
And therefore, everything we say is true and untrue at the same time. It
depends how you look at it.
My point about insight
and outsight is that they belong together. My insight is only valuable when
compared to an outsight truth which makes sense to the person I am working for.
The person I am reading for must be able to identify with what I am saying;
otherwise my reading makes no sense to him or her. If, for example, I talk
about a motive for suicide and no one in that client’s environment has
committed suicide, my insight is meaningless because the context is missing.

It is quite obvious
that at the beginning of a reading I have no idea what context I am talking
about and it often feels like stepping into unknown land. I just give the
client what I spiritually get for him or her and literally every time it makes
sense as soon as the person can relate to it personally, often immediately,
sometimes after a few minutes.
The beauty of the work
is the trust I am working with: if I don’t trust that Spirit is giving me
knowledge or information for a particular client I won’t be able to relate to
that person as a medium and/or clairvoyant. If, however, I trust and have faith
that what is given to me is “true” and meaningful, then the contact is
established and the reading proceeds beautifully.
I may say to a client
that I have no idea why I am saying this or that. However, the need for me to
keep talking becomes stronger than the wish to know why I might say this or
that. I then know I must continue because I am a channel and not in control of
the contents of my words. But I remain responsible for the use of my language
and the way I talk to the client: sometimes my words are diplomatic sometimes
they are blunt. My intuition guides me. I always make sure I say everything I
see, hear or feel, because the contents of the messages are the clients’, not
mine! And besides I regularly forget what I say to my clients. When they give
me feedback and remind me of what I told them months or years earlier, I am
often astonished for I cannot recall the facts to my memory. But when a person
describes a message I gave them from Spirit, I am able to see, hear or feel it
again.

In every reading there
is a moment, which I call “psychic policeman”: I describe a distinctive fact of
his or her life to a client. It can also be that of the relative, friend or
colleague we are talking about, but it’s a fact only the consultant can verify
as true. In that particular moment we both know that we are in the right
context. This moment in the reading is always gratifying for the consultant and
I feel blessed each time to be able to give precise information that proves the
reading is exact. This can be an emotional time because the consultant feels
himself/herself in the presence of a particular person or event. The feeling
that comes up and the support I can give the client with my presence help with
further understanding and clarification. That’s why this check up moment is so
important. The whole point of assisting, helping and shedding more light to a
client becomes awesome and focuses on insight for him or her. I may tell a
client how she or he was sitting on grandpa’s lap and which story was being
told. Once the consultant acknowledges the situation the questions about this
particular grandpa become more direct and the more direct the questions, the
more direct answers come from Spirit!

We suffer when we
don’t understand. And we all want to understand, to get answers to our
questions, to be free of doubts and to feel secure.
Most of my clients
come to me for clarification; a better understanding and/or contact with
deceased loved ones. Our ever changing world leaves many of us with questions
about our existence and the comprehension of it.
Sometimes we need help
with decision-making; sometimes it’s someone else’s decisions that we don’t understand,
and sometimes it’s our situation in the world we are living in, which we don’t
seem to comprehend anymore. We need to feel our roots. We long to get a better
understanding of where we come from and where we are going in life. Our life
only makes sense to us when we can feel ourselves in it. We are also interested
in elaborating a personal and/or collective perspective of our life paths.
I am very happy to be
able help everyone who is honest and ethical with his or her questions and I am
lucky to be reading for hundreds of people all over Australia and
internationally.
I also do healing
(Reiki) and coaching (counseling).

My readings are
intuitive; I am a medium and clairvoyant, as well as clairaudient and clairsentient
reader. I hear, feel and see and no question or query is too complicated to be
taken on.
I travel frequently
and oddly enough a dear friend calls me the “flying psychic”. So, if I don’t
live in your State or country know that I am willing to fly to meet you!
Individual or group and party readings are available. Please contact my mobile
number or even better my email address.
I also do phone
readings and work part time on a psychic line for the Psychic Club of
Australia.
