A long time has elapsed since I last wrote to you here. Time doesn't always seem to be the same!
I do apologise to all of you who have been waiting to hear from me. Life has not been more hectic for me, but I had to deal with more challenges - new ones - and a few difficulties. I have now made the relevant modifications in my life and lifestyle. We often call that "coping" and I know so many of you who are brilliant at it. I want to thank you for being my inspiration and my light bearers. And I express gratitude to you all for the testimony of your love and care. You are wonderful and many of you are my friends, I am so blessed to have you.
My website still looks the same, but I have a new webmaster and I want to thank Ben Town to have taken over from Markus without a hitch. Ben is great, easygoing and if you need help, I am sure he can help you as well. He lives on the Central Coast of NSW, but as you know, he is really just behind your screen (ben@exia.com.au). Ben is at the moment busy posting Newsletters, adding names to the ever growing client list and keeping everything else up to date.
I have been attending the usual MBS fairs around the country, Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney and what's more I have started to work at Garry Wiseman's fairs, in Canberra and Wollongong so far. I did enjoy the Canberra Psychic Fair, at a beautiful venue, a local Golf Club overlooking the greens, and I met some of my regular phone clients there. In Wollongong, at the end of April I had the chance to meet Marc Gruner from Noosa, a personal friend of Garry's and very competent numerologist who celebrated his 80th birthday with us. Those of you who know Marc would know how active, flexible and delightful a person and friend he is. We had a great time, laughing and celebrating his life and work.
By a mysterious coincidence I got more involved with work around crime scenes this year. What amazing work! I enjoyed it. I must say I have at all times liked mystery and challenge; yet the essence of my work is always and foremost about helping people with their particular needs. Helping to shine light into dark corners or otherwise foggy situations is a blissful privilege.
At the Brisbane Mind Body and Spirit Fair I met Yildiz Sethi and her husband Satesh. They work on family constellations, NLP, Vedic Astrology, Hypnotherapy, etc (www.familyconstellations.com.au). If you are interested in family work, alone or in a group, please contact them, they are a delightful couple and gifted practitioners.
Marcus Freudenmann was also there with Sabrina, his extraordinary wife. I have introduced Marcus previously to you through his Sitaram Site. Marcus has worked for years on how powerful the mind is and he has now developed an exciting new tool: the Mindwatch. The new relevant website is www.mindwatch.com.au and my guess is that you want to check it out! It is complete with pictures, videos, explanations and freebies.
I have also participated in the Adelaide Psychic Fair for the first time this winter and what a success! Great teamwork with Lorraine Stewart and Bobby Runningfox (see Newsletter 1) has contributed enormously to my decision to go there again next year! Thank you Lorraine and thank you Bobby and your superb team! By the way, Lorraine has a very interesting new tool for us all, and I hope I can give you more details about her brilliant soul work shortly, soon to be out there complete with website!
My private work in Tasmania (Launceston), Perth and Broome, the Sydney suburbs, Melbourne, Darwin and Cairns connects me with so many outstanding people. Their life stories add joy to my dedication in the work that I am doing thanks to you all.
I will certainly never give up and I will keep going.
THE STORY for this Newsletter is about our different needs:
The boy and the tree
A long time ago, there was a huge apple tree. A little boy loved to come and play around it every day. He loved the tree and the tree loved to play with him.
Time went by. The little boy had grown up and he no longer played around the tree every day. One day, the boy came back, he looked sad.
Come and play with me, tree asked the boy. I am no longer a kid, I want toys. I need money to buy them. Sorry, but I don't have money. But you can sell all my apples. The boy was so excited. He grabbed all the apples on the tree and left happily. The boy never came back after he picked the apples.
One day, the boy returned & the tree was so excited. "Come and play with me" the tree said. "I have to work for family. We need a house for shelter"
"Sorry, but I don't have a house. But you can chop off my branches to build your house." So the boy cut all the branches of the tree and left happily, but the boy never came back since then.
One day, the boy returned and the tree was delighted. The boy said, "I am sad and getting old. I want to go sailing to relax myself. I need a boat."
"Use my trunk to build your boat". So the boy cut the tree trunk to make a boat. He went sailing and never showed up for a long time.
Finally, the boy returned after he left for so many years. "Sorry, my boy. But I don't have anything for you anymore" the tree said.
"I am too old for that now" the boy said.
"I really can't give you anything. The only thing left is my dying roots." the tree said with tears.
"I don't need much now, just a place to rest. I am tired after all these years." the boy replied.
"Good! Old tree roots are the best place to lean on and rest. Come, come sit down with me and rest."
The boy sat down and the tree was glad & smiled with tears.
THE PHOTO
The following is a copy of a remarkable drawing by new friend Cesca, short for Francesca who lives in Sydney. She is a born survivor, a beautiful lady and a very skilled artist indeed. I have her permission for the reproduction. It is one of her heart shapes, figuring in the first of her books "Weep in silence". If you see Cesca down in Sydney give her a hug, she will gracefully accept another one.
