Dear Friends,

I welcome you to my third Newsletter.

You may be surprised to receive another mail from me, so soon after the last one. But I have more good news and I want to share them with you.

As you know from my Schedule, I went to Sydney to the Psychic Awareness Event, organized by Honored Events (www.honoredevents.com). Rina framed the day in her usual and generous way: everything was beautiful, the speakers were brilliant, networking was happening and we all enjoyed the day working, talking and learning.

Lynnette Glory elaborated her work as a clairvoyant and medium. She is down to earth and very much at ease with contact from Spirit.

Debra Jarvis, a convinced Feng Shui practitioner with a lot of success taught us that what most matters in our life is to remove clutter. And I understood this: it doesn’t matter where you find this clutter; it may be in your house, in your emotions, in your past, in your present or in people around you – just remove it and become free.

Chris Walker (from Sydney) talked about love in a very vibrant way and you can imagine that we all listened hard and hoped to learn something new. We did. Chris told us we needed only two ingredients for love: challenge and support. A great lesson!

And then we listened to Steve Westlakes (www.soncrystals.com). He showed us some of his new stones and told us about his adventures with them. Steve is a very honest and simple man. He won’t do anything if he doesn’t believe in it and I know for a fact that he always listens to his crystal clear intuition. He talked, amongst other things, about his discovery of soul-sets or matching crystals. The story was so extraordinary that most of us listeners were simply amazed. Here goes: Steve bought Lemurian clear crystal from Lhasa, Tibet about eighteen months ago. About six month ago he also bought some Citrine stones from Peru. They come from a wholesaler in Sydney. Steve didn’t know why he bought four kilos of these citrine stones when he never sold South American crystals. Until now! However, there are no coincidences. One morning, so he told us, Steve walked around his showroom, picking up a crystal here and there, playing with them in his hands. He had a clear Tibetan crystal in one hand and in the other one of the Peruvian ones. Both stones were irregular with lines and chips, etc. As you know, untreated and unpolished crystals are not even. But guess what? The crystals matched in an incredible way. The Tibetan Crystal has a groove and the Peruvian one just slides into that groove like a hand in a glove. Imagine Steve’s surprise! These crystals come from very different countries and very different cultures or so it seems. They are not the same and they are of different colours. Yet they match. Steve realized that we are just getting to the “tip of the iceberg about crystals” and there will be much more to learn and discover.

These two stones taught me a few things. We can combine seemingly impossible things if we try: by playing, by feeling and by stepping out of the square of rational thinking. What does it all mean? Are we not so different from one another, like these stones? Could we understand each other if we gave it a go? Are cultures, climates, languages, terrains and administrative systems not really such big obstacles? I find it fascinating and a beautiful challenge to take this thought beyond the stones. We are clearly given a new responsibility and where will we allow it to take us? It is worthwhile to reconsider our options as free individuals. Frankly, what prevents us from going out there and playing at amalgamating a few “things”? Incidentally, I remember reading in New Dawn Magazine that pyramids were found in Central Asia, which match other pyramids in Peru. (Again Peru!)

Have you guessed? Yes? Then you know that I bought these two crystals and I was lucky indeed. Steve Westlakes always makes sure that he finds the right “guardian” of crystals, and he was willing to sell them to me. He says, “we don’t own crystals, we merely take care of them. And when the time is right we hand them on”. So now they are in my care and I cherish my newest purchase.

As for the story in this Newsletter, my dear friend Pervez in Delhi provided it. (www.uniqueindiatour.com). I was looking for a story about getting together, uniting in an unusual way.

THE INN

Once upon a time there was an innkeeper who was unable to make ends meet even though he did his very best to draw customers by making the inn comfortable, the service cordial, and the prices reasonable. So in despair he consulted a sage.

The sage told him to change inn’s name.

Impossible! Said the innkeeper. ‘ For generations it has been known as Seven Stars and is well known all over the country.’

No,’ said the sage firmly. ‘You must now call it the Five Bells and have a row of six bells hanging at the entrance.’

Six bells? But that’s absurd! What good would that do?

Give it a try and see, said the sage with a smile.

Well the innkeeper gave it a try. And this is what he saw. Every traveller who passed by the inn walked in to point out the mistake, each one believing that no one else had noticed it. Once inside, they were impressed by the cordiality of the service and stayed on to refresh themselves, thereby providing the innkeeper with the fortune that he had been seeking in vain for so long.

Likewise in love and relationship, being perfect is not an advantage – showing your flaws to the partner makes him or her participate in your life, making the bonding stronger.

As for the photo for this Newsletter: I show you my newest crystals: the clear Tibetan and the darker Citrine from Peru.
